My Approach

I believe healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you have always been beneath stress, overwhelm, survival patterns, and disconnection.

My work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds deep wisdom. When given the right conditions—rest, nourishment, rhythm, presence, and compassionate attention—it naturally begins to move toward balance.

Drawing from Ayurveda and yogic wisdom, I offer spaces that support slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with yourself. Rather than focusing on fixing symptoms alone, I seek to address the underlying patterns that may be keeping you disconnected from your vitality, intuition, and sense of wholeness.

I believe transformation happens gently. Through small, sustainable practices and moments of deep presence, healing becomes less about striving and more about remembering.

Whether you are navigating stress, burnout, a life transition, digestive challenges, emotional overwhelm, or simply a longing to feel more like yourself again, my intention is to provide a space where you can feel supported, seen, and deeply nourished.

Meet the Instructor

I came to Ayurveda through a longing to understand what it truly means to heal.

Like many of the people I work with, I’ve experienced seasons of disconnection, challenge, and transformation. Through my own journey, I discovered that healing was not about becoming someone new—it was about returning to myself.

Ayurveda and Yoga offered a different perspective. Rather than teaching me to fight against my body, they taught me how to listen. Rather than striving for perfection, they invited me into a deeper relationship with rhythm, nourishment, presence, and self-compassion.

Today, my work is devoted to helping others cultivate that same connection.

I believe that each person carries an innate wisdom within them. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help create the conditions in which healing can unfold—through greater awareness, supportive practices, and a deeper understanding of your unique nature.

My approach blends the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga with a deep appreciation for the body’s capacity to restore balance when given the right support.

Whether through consultation, education, bodywork, or ritual, my intention is always the same: to help you come home to yourself.
